filing,
reduce the charges; i.e. felony to misdemeanor,
divert allegations into an informal resolution,
inform and educate the client and relieve your concerns,
assist with surrender and avoid an arrest.
The ways to prevent charges from being filed include, but are not limited to, bolstering a clients credibility by administering a private polygraph
(if the results are favorable),
propose and obtain reverence letters from community leaders, religious leaders, teachers, friends, relatives, neighbors, etc.
We will attack the complaint credibility of the other party,
find and use other witnesses to question the reputation and truthfulness of the victim,
unsubstantiated allegations against others made by the victim.
